To create the MG class, you need to have at least one other character on your account with a level higher than 250. Remember that the class has no evolutions, as it is a customized version of 1.0, with only one evolution existing. Spells are acquired from the priestess located in Lorencia, behind the bar to your left. Wings can be created at level 1 and the others at levels 2 and 3, through the virtual shop, using gold and gold items. With official vendors, you can buy the Sword of War and exchange it for some of the class wings and classic sets, or participate in in-game events like tag, hide-and-seek, quizzes, bravery, and tag, where prizes are awarded to first, second, and third place winners. Combining purchases in the shop with gold is also a great option. In Blood Castle, it's also a great farming option; by collecting 380 gems you get a Fenrir Gold and exchange it for class items like a level 3 Mage wing, which will be very good and I recommend getting one with automatic life recovery.
