My account was banned around 2020 now that i want to play again is there a way to UNBANNED OR UNLOCK my account? What is needed to do so?

Thanks for the reply. Regarding the ticket how can i file a ticket? I tried filing a ticket but since my account is banned i cannot access to filing a ticket

If the reason for the ban was not due to the use of malicious programs, illegal sales or any other reason provided for in the [Terms and rules], it is possible that the administration may reconsider the ban, aiming at the point that your account is banned, I recommend that you contact us via email suporte@muaway.net detailing the information and what happened.
