Good afternoon to this community!

The subject is that there's an issue with my account. I was playing normally days ago and today suddendly came to this message when I'm trying to drop a MR box: "Please contact support via ticket"

That's not the only thing. I can't trade to other players, if I grab some items can't sell/drop them, and it's with all the characters. Is there any solution to this?
