Today, after i do reset master (account: rhinox with char Trhinox) i had no received gift box as well as normal.
And before in once master reset i had receibed a gift box, but when i through it out i still not received equipment.
Please help me for this.

P/s: for me more ask: how long will account be deleted if not login. Because i have to account deleted (i created 2 account in 2020)
