Apenas reinicie o seu computador e tente conectar-se novamente ao game que o problema será sanado.

Jogo está aberto, ou seja, não foi finalizado, só reiniciar o computador que volta ao normal.

Então rapaz... Aparentemente seu jogo está aberto, aperte o F9 , dê uma olhada e feche o game ou então reinicie seu computador e abra o jogo novamente.
