[Tutorial] Recuperando seu PID

Solicitando lembrete do seu PID através do site.

---

1° Acesse o site do MuAwaY, faça login no painel do usuário e clique Na seta ao lado do seu nome;


2°Clique na opção Gerenciar;



3°: Localize a opção Segurança na página e em seguida, na opção Esqueci meu PID;


4º Faça a validação de segurança, digitando o código que será enviado ao e-mail cadastrado.


5º Faça a validação de segurança, digitando o código que será enviado por SMS ou Whatsapp.


4° Pronto, aparecerá na sua tela o lembrete do seu PID. Lembre-se de não compartilhar seu código com ninguém. Seu PID quando cadastrado não pode ser alterado.

[Tutorial] Requesting Reminder of your PID (Email).

→ 1° Access our website:
http://www.muaway.net/site.php

→ 2° Click on the option called Recover Data located on the left side of your monitor:


→ 3° Once you have click on the Recover Data option, a text box will appear on your screen, where there will be three options, you will have to choose the "Recover by Email" option and then "PID reminder (first 3 digits only), once you have filled the requested data click on "Recover":


→ 4° After performing the procedures mentioned above, a message will appear saying that a reminder of your PID has been sent to the email:


→ 5° You're all set, a reminder of you PID was sent to your email. Now you should access your registered email and check your Inbox or Junk Email, that's where the information regarding your PID will be located at.

→ 6° Once you have found the PID reminder's message, right click on it:


→ 7° After opening the message, you will be able to view the first three numbers of your PID only:

[TUTORIAL] Recovering your personal PID through the SMS system.

1º Passo: Access the server's website [ http://www.muaway.net/site.php ].

2° Click on the option called Recover Data located on the left side of your monitor:


3° After performing the procedures mentioned above, you will have to click on the following options Recover by SMS then PID reminder(last 4 digits only) once you have filled the requested data click on Recover.


4° Once you have clicked on recover a notification message will appear on your phone infomation the last 4 digits of you PID.


Please note that if you have access to your registered email address and your mobile number registered on your account, you will be able to recover your PID completely.
