Usually error 12001 is notified due to the following items:

● The client could not connect to the server in a timely manner.
● Your internet may be experiencing some kind of instability at the moment.
● The server may be under maintenance.

In the meantime I ask you to check your anti-virus, your connection and try to log in again. If it persists, warn again.
