Abre a Foto Pessol no Paint,depois salve ela em jpeg e tente,comigo deu certo...

Bom Amigo Seu Problema Era Que Nem o Meu Mas eu ja resolvi..
Olha Vc Tem Quer Ir No seu Msn Que vc cadastro Sua Conta No Forum e Atualizar..
