É simples resolver esse problema, acesse o personagem que você deseja deletar, verifique o inventário para ver se não possuí algum item, se possuí coloque no baú, verifique se o seu personagem está com level abaixo de 60, se não tiver upe o mesmo de qualquer forma até o level 600 resete-o e tente novamente.
