Ola meu amigo, nao ah como deixar so o Wisper, porem, ah sim como deixar so o post e tirar o Whisper, para isto basta colocar:

/whisper off

Não há como voce so visualizar o whisper , pois quando voce utiliza o comando /whisper off o post e o whisper é desativado .
