Olá,
Basta você abrir sua foto normalmente em seu photoshop com o CTRL+O, após ter aberto sua foto você irá inserir sua render, ou seja, vá em Arquivo, Inserir, escolha a render desejada e insira em sua foto.

Após ter a imagem PNG da render aberta no seu Photoshop, dê CTRL+A (Selecionar Tudo) e CTRL+C (Copiar), no arquivo da sua imagem dê CTRL+V (Colar).

Pronto, você vai ter posto a render na foto.
