Como o membro acima já ensinou , eu vou postar um tutorial caso você esteja interessado em aprender pras proximas vezes , veja o tutorial abaixo , você vai fazer o mesmo processo porém você vai fazer na primeira layer do Animation (lugar onde fica os gif) tipo se você fizer da segunda endiante , vai mudar so em uma layer ( diminuir) faz na primeira , diminui e salva que ficará pequena em todas
