From now on, you can carry out your trades in a 100% automated, fast, and completely independent way, without the need to wait for support or the intermediation of a staff member.
The new system is completely safe and reliable. To guarantee your protection, trades work in a mutual confirmation format: the exchange will only be finalized if both parties are in full agreement with the terms displayed on the screen.
All this ease will be available directly in-game through NPC Kael - Trader, who will be located in Devias, at coordinates [195 ~ 43]. Check out the look of your newest helper in MuAwaY:

[03.1] AS A SELLER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Upon clicking on NPC Kael - Trader and viewing the interface, tap on Start a new trade
Type your promotional code in the field designated for Access Code and click on Access
In Step 1/4, select the items present in the code that will be part of the trade

Orange: Items available in the code;
Purple: Amount of items available in the code;
Pink: Proceed with the trade.
After selecting the desired items, click on Proceed
In Step 2/4, type the buyer's nickname in the field designated for Recipient Nick and click on Proceed
In Step 3/4, select the quantity and items you wish to receive as payment at the end of the trade
Only the main currency items of the game can be used in the trade.
Still in Step 3/4, if you want to add items that are not appearing on the list, click on Add item
This interface will be made available, showing the items that are not present on the initial list.
Upon proceeding to Step 4/4, you will have access to the Trade Summary

Click on NPC Kael - Trader to view the details of the proposal

Upon clicking on View trade proposal, all details can be observed on this screen, understand each one:

After clicking on Proceed, the item delivery tab will appear for you, understand each function:

Upon adding the requested items, click on Finalize trade
A confirmation window will appear on your screen
After confirming, click on Withdraw items to receive your items

A: No, this is a system with the MuAwaY seal of quality, tested and approved by our entire development team.
Q: Will the other player participating in the trade have access to my code?
A: No, your code cannot be viewed by any other person besides you.
Q: What items can I offer when trading a code?
A: Currency items such as: Sword of War, Sword of Style, Fenrirs, Visual Scroll, and some items present in the promotional code of the previous month.
Q: Is it possible to send a trade proposal to an offline player?
A: Yes, it is possible. As soon as they come online, they will receive a system message informing them that there is a new proposal available.
Q: Do the sent proposals have a time limit to be accepted?
A: There is no time limit for proposals to be accepted or declined.
Q: I sent a proposal by mistake or changed my mind. Can I cancel it?
A: Yes, you can manage and cancel your pending proposals directly in the intermediary's menu.
Q: Is there any gold, jewel, or currency fee to use the intermediator?
A: No, the system is completely free of charge and aims to guarantee the security of your exchanges.
Q: While my proposal is pending, can I use the items I offered?
A: No. To guarantee the security and completion of the trade, the offered items are retained (locked) by the system until the proposal is accepted or canceled.
Q: If I still want intermediation from the STAFF, can I request it?
A: Yes, the room will remain active on our official Discord.
Q: Is this system available on all platforms?
A: Yes, the intermediator can be accessed on Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS.
