I’m looking to trade my Scroll of Choice for 20 Styles + 5 War, but I’ve run into some confusion regarding the proper process to complete the trade.
When I submitted a support request, I was informed that staff assistance is required for the trade to proceed. However, when I reached out to a GM/staff member in-game, I was told to submit a request through support instead.
At the moment, it feels like I’m being directed back and forth between in-game staff and the support system, and I’m unsure what the correct step is to move forward.
Could someone please clarify the proper procedure for transferring or trading this item? Specifically:
Should I wait for a staff member to assist in-game after submitting a support ticket?
Or is there an additional step I need to follow through support?
I’d really appreciate any guidance so I can proceed with this trade properly. Thank you in advance for your help!

There, you’ll find a specific “Trades” channel where players can negotiate with each other.
If you need help from a staff member (STAFFER) to complete the trade, you should go to the “Request Trades” channel on Discord. In your message, include your nickname and the nickname of the player you’re trading with, and ask for a staff member to assist with the trade.
That’s the correct process.

The correct procedure is to request a mount exchange/acquisition via email to suporte@muaway.net, detailing everything clearly with the seller's and buyer's nicknames or the desired mount that is currently available.
