[02.] RULES

• The character must have at least 200 resets;
  
• Only items sold by the in-game NPCs will be allowed (no exc);
  
• There is no restriction on leveling items sold at NPCs to +15;
  
• All other standard PVP event rules will apply to the event and can be updated at any time.
