What is the default "PID" number?
How can I have one?
Can I change my PID without my personal Data Complete because, I'm from Philippines.
Thanks.
I cannot delete my Character and cannot leave on my Guild.
I even tried using "1234567" but it won't work.
I remember the 4 digits but somehow forget the last 3 digits I tried everything I know..
Is it possible to be change via support ticket?

Hello, Good night.
The PID is created at the time of registering your account, as you can see in the image below.
As you probably do not have the phone registered in the account, you can retrieve the first 3 PID numbers via email, following the tutorial below: https://forum.muaway...ete-do-seu-pid/
The rest of the numbers can only be retrieved via SMS, see the tutorial on how to perform: https://forum.muaway...sistema-de-sms/
If you do not have the registered telephone number or the email, you will need to forward a ticket to the administration requesting the PID to be recovered.

The default PID for accounts created on the mobile landing page is 1234567, you can change it later by going on the https://www.muaway.net/home website logging in and registering your mobile number and personal information.
As you said that you have already tried to use the default PID and have failed, try adding your personal information on the website to create or recover your PID.

Neste caso, você pode realizar a recuperação dos 3 últimos dígitos via SMS, porém creio que você ainda não possui o número cadastrado. Sendo assim, entre em contato com a administração via ticket para obter mais detalhes sobre uma "possível" alteração ou recuperação.
